Understand client requirements and develop visually appealing creative designs.
Ensure designs align with the brand identity and messaging, maintaining consistency and quality across all deliverables.
Work within project timelines and deliver designs that meet client expectations and campaign objectives.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and best practices to continuously enhance design quality and innovation.
Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and impactful ideas.
Should know how to work on all the design formats: social media posts, carousels, short video reels, and video editing. Presentation and website page design will be an added advantage.
Requirements:
Bachelors/ Masters degree in Engineering, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe creative suite, Canva, and FIgma will be an added advantage.
Proven experience as a Creative Designer, preferably in an ad agency or similar environment.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate ideas effectively.
Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for delivering visually compelling designs.
