Job Description

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our creative team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with client needs and project goals. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, development, and product teams to deliver creative solutions that enhance our brand identity and engage users.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.

Experience with UX/UI design is a plus.

Skills

Proven Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects.

Software Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Sketch, or similar tools.

Typography & Color Theory: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

UI/UX Design: Experience with user interface design principles and knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision.

Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in design work.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Problem-Solving: Ability to take creative direction and apply problem-solving techniques to develop innovative and effective design solutions.

Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Portfolio: A well-rounded, creative portfolio showcasing past design work for various industries or projects.

Education: Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Design Creation: Conceptualize and create engaging visuals for digital and print mediums, including websites, mobile apps, social media, brochures, banners, and more.

Branding: Develop and maintain consistent branding, visual identity, and design guidelines across all communication materials.

UI/UX Design: Work closely with the development team to design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Social Media Graphics: Design creative content for social media campaigns, including advertisements, banners, posts, and other digital marketing collateral.

Collaborate: Work with project managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure designs meet business goals and client requirements.

Client Presentations: Create high-quality presentations, pitch decks, and proposals that visually communicate design ideas and concepts to clients.

Design Revisions : Revise and iterate designs based on client feedback and internal review sessions while maintaining design integrity and quality.
