- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to coordinate campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyse performance metrics and generate insightful reports to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging platforms, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing to continuously innovate and optimize strategies.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful social media campaigns and community building.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation, scheduling, and optimization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and basic graphic design software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 0 to 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns, content creation, and community management efforts.
- Relevant certifications in social media marketing or digital marketing would be advantageous.
