AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Create and curate high-quality content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, clicks) and report insights.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, creative, PR).
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years in Social Media profile preferred
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management preferred
- Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
- Ability to speak and read in English and (input required language)
- Able to work a variable schedule
