Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment, proficiency in working with diverse job portals, and a deep understanding of their algorithms. Key Responsibilities:


End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and coordinating the offer process for IT and Non-IT roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define hiring criteria, and develop tailored sourcing strategies.

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including:
  • Job portals like Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, and Indeed, Internshala.
  • Social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Employee referral programs.
  • Networking events, professional groups, and communities.
  • Leverage knowledge of job portal algorithms to enhance job postings and improve candidate outreach efficiency.

Job Posting Optimization:

  • Craft clear, compelling, and optimized job descriptions to attract the right candidates.
  • Regularly update and refresh job postings to maximize visibility and engagement.

Candidate Screening & Evaluation:

  • Review resumes and profiles to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and alignment with the job requirements.
  • Conduct preliminary phone screenings and video interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination & Follow-up:

  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain transparent communication throughout the hiring journey.

Market Research & Insights:

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices for IT and Non-IT sectors.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers based on market trends and talent availability.

Database & Pipeline Management:

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Keep the recruitment database or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up-to-date with candidate details, interactions, and status updates.

Employer Branding:

  • Collaborate with the HR and marketing teams to strengthen the companys employer brand on various platforms.
  • Engage with potential candidates on social media and in professional forums to create a positive impression of the organization.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience in IT and Non-IT domains.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Expert knowledge of major job portals (e.g., Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala) and their algorithms for optimized candidate searches.
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment software is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess profiles effectively, analyze hiring metrics, and recommend process improvements.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Collaborative team player with a strong sense of professionalism and empathy.
