Social Angel is a donation, tech based crowdfunding platform dedicated to empowering social causes and driving meaningful impact. We seek a passionate Performance Marketer to drive targeted campaigns, maximize donor reach, and scale our platform's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Analyze campaign performance and ROI, using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Facebook Business Manager.
• Develop audience segmentation strategies to target campaign creators, donors, and advocates effectively.
• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies to optimize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with content teams to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and video assets aligned with Social Angels mission.
• Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage users and drive higher contributions.
• Stay updated on crowdfunding trends to integrate innovative strategies into marketing efforts.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to ensure maximum impact and ROI.
• Track user journeys and conversions, optimizing the donation funnel for seamless user experiences.
• Report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably for crowdfunding or social impact platforms.
• Expertise in digital ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other reporting tools.
• Experience with audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and website traffic optimization.
• Ability to craft and test engaging ad creatives and messaging.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for social causes and community-driven initiatives is a plus.
