Job Description
- Responsible for overall functioning of the Planning and Monitoring Unit (PMU)
- Build Maintain high performing Team in PMU
- Provide effective program management, managing human and financial resources to effectively achieve the objective of DMF
- Design draft tender document for public procurement and facilitate in tender and procurement process.
- Ensure that deliverable is achieved in timely manner
- Conceptualize a wide range of innovative project for improved public service delivery.
- Capacity Building of Gram Sabha and follow up actions thereby.
- Need assessment and gap identification within the preview of PMKKKY Guidelines.
- Field visits and monitoring of projects undertaken under DMFT
- Act as formal channel of communication between the selected organization and the District Mineral Foundation (DMF)
- Report to the Deputy Commissioner Deputy Development Commissioner
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the District Administration/Social Action for Rural Development.
