Job Description

  • Map out existing livelihood related support that exists in the focused group and facilitate dialogue with DMF trust Boards and line department for effective planning, designing and implementation of livelihood program.
  • Prepare baseline in consultation with District Authorities and arrange for mid- term and final evaluation of program.
  • Formulation of long-term perspective plans, medium-term plans and Annual Action plan.
  • Identify challenges and suggests innovative solution in the field of livelihood and skill development
  • Incorporate personal care with health promotion, prevention of illness and community development
  • Include interconnecting principles of equality, access, empowerment, community self-determination and inter- sectoral collaboration.
  • Ensure collaboration and partnership with other sectors to promote public health
  • Prepare proposals for augmenting the health services in the district including.
  • Report to the Team Leader, Planning and Monitoring Unit
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by District Administration
Location : Jharkhand
No. of Positions : 05
Required Qualification :Graduate/Masters degree in a relevant area such as business management, rural management, social work, agriculture, socio-economic, developmental studies, sustainable studies, social innovation & entrepreneurship, social work in rural development and/or related field.
Or
Graduate/Masters degree in the field of health/ public health/ health & nutrition/health management/ hospital management or other allied fields from a recognized university
Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience for graduates and minimum 2 years for masters degree in project management/ monitoring & evaluation/policy advocacy in fields related to skill development and livelihood.
Note : Experience of Government Body/District Administration (Preferable)
Salary : Rs. 45,000/- Per Month

  • Responsible for overall functioning of the Planning and Monitoring Unit (PMU)
  • Build & Maintain high performing Team in PMU
  • Provide effective program management, managing human and financial resources to effectively achieve the objective of DMF
  • Design & draft tender document for public procurement and facilitate in tender and procurement process.
  • Ensure that deliverable is achieved in timely manner
  • Conceptualize a wide range of innovative project for improved public service delivery.
  • Capacity Building of Gram Sabha and follow up actions thereby.
  • Need assessment and gap identification within the preview of PMKKKY Guidelines.
  • Field visits and monitoring of projects undertaken under DMFT
  • Act as formal channel of communication between the selected organization and the District Mineral Foundation (DMF)
  • Report to the Deputy Commissioner & Deputy Development Commissioner
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the District Administration/Social Action for Rural Development.
Ability to commute/relocate: Chatra, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience: Relevant Experience : 5 years (Required), Working with Government Body/District Administration: 2 years (Required) by mentioning Subject Line as APPLICATION FOR -DMFT-CHATRA-PMU/TL-DMF.
