Job Description
- Design, maintain and regularlyupdate of GIS based Management Information System (MIS) for all projects takenup.
- Support all e-governance projects.
- Liaison with National InformaticsCentre (NIC) and the nodal agency at the state level to regularly provideinformation regarding details of meetings held, proceedings finalized,notifications issued etc for updating.
- Design, maintain and periodically update\u2018Digital Dashboard containing all information regarding the mining affectedvillages collected during the initial baseline surveys and subsequent mid-linesurveys.
- Comply with all requirements underthe Right to Information Act (RTI) with regard to the project undertaken.
- Procure and maintain all IT assetsof the Planning and Monitoring Unit (PMU) including laptops, printers, scannersetc.
- Any other duties may be assignedby Team Leader or administration.
RequirementsQualificationsRequired
- B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science (orInformation Technology) or Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) or Masters inInformation Technology (MSC(IT) / Masters in Geo- informatics/ PG Diploma inComputer Science (or Information Technology) or equivalent from a recognizedUniversity/ Institute.
- Should have experience in thedesign, maintenance and updating of MIS systems.
- Preference will be given toexperience in GIS.

- Demonstrated ability to work in amulticultural environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, abilityto think strategically, analyze diverse information and manage multipleprojects simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate ideasclearly and confidently, articulate issues and recommend solutions.
- Competency in usage of IT toolsincluding proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Strong oral and writing skills inEnglish.
- Demonstrated ability to work in amulticultural environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships.

Nothing at all. There is nothing good about working here.
The Organisation is being run like a family business. There are no HR policies as such and there's an HR for a namesake who isn't even professionally qualified to be one and doesn't even know his job. The organization grabs contracts by using their links in Administration. Has a very high attrition rate, won't be long before they might have to close down their shutters if they work like this.
