MyQuest s objective is to provide a holistic development platform for young people as well as provide a lifelong, continuous learning opportunity to disadvantaged youth. We use content, pedagogy and technology, to drive the delivery of teaching and learning. Through our signature blended learning approach we develop critical life-work skills that are critical for success in the 21 st century. Our curriculum includes media elements like games, videos, audio, and visuals as well as the use of dictionaries for vernacular translations.
The Role:
The role will work as part of the Youth program team and coordinate with other members of the QUEST team to ensure efficient and effective implementation of projects undertaken by QUEST Alliance.
Roles and responsibilities
Timely Delivery and Program Implementation
Take responsibility for effective program delivery, including review and monitoring, within agreed standards.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Institute Principals in alignment with the ITI Eco-system s state system change journey map.
Ensure a comprehensive work plan is in place for the team, facilitating contribution and implementation.
Ensuring conduct of regular sessions at the institute (Women ITI s//NSTI) as per the time table allocated by the Institute on Career Development.
Ensure placements Career Connect activities in the regions with the support of the Placement team
Ensure that all ITI have a functional sustainable placement cell Career club at the institute and drive system change through these student lead hub
Ensure Conduct of Self Employment Program in all women ITIs/ NSTIs
Manage Mobile phone library in Women ITIs
Identify and foster learning opportunities within the program and capture these learnings.
Visit institutes to support trainers/ our facilitators with curriculum planning and content delivery.
Support and lead the delivery of Career development programs in all the selected Women ITIs in the state with the support of facilitators and consultants in your regions
Observe Career Development sessions by the facilitators, document observations and give constructive feedback
Conduct monthly/quarterly review meetings with program stakeholders, including center heads and trainers.
Ensure trainers, placement officers, and centers become independent and sustain recommendations thus fostering system change
Participate in and contribute to capacity-building activities.
Facilitate pilot program implementation along with the team on agreed standards in one or more centers.
Stakeholder Relationship Management
Develop effective working relationships with government authorities such as RJDs, Principals, GIs (both POs and ESIs), and regional facilitators.
Actively engage and contribute to industry engagement and placement strategies for your region
Coordinate with the placement lead and team members to enhance industry engagement in the state s placement systems and take ownership of placements for your region
Collaborate closely with the Placement lead to identify and support necessary actions.
Team Management
Manage program fellows/interns/ facilitators to effectively run the program according to WW strategy..
Plan and execute capacity-building activities for the team.
Define and review fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals for each team member.
Reporting
Ensure timely delivery of monitoring data to the ME focal point for self team
Support the coordination of baseline, endline, and other assessments.
Update student data in the center database.
Inform trainers and principals about the program s progress through monthly reports.
Provide regular written and verbal progress reports against work plans and implementation schedules.
Use appropriate ME tools for reporting.
Ensure all program reports, including case studies and photographs, are submitted to the ME focal point on time.
Document success stories of centers, trainers, and students.
Follow up with ITIs to share required student and institute data as per the ME framework.
Participate in and contribute to team meetings and reviews.
Support all reporting requirements, including quarterly and annual reviews.
Awareness of sensitivity and gender inclusion in education, skills, and the workplace.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Passion for addressing the challenges of educating India s youth population.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with multicultural teams, government ministries, and diverse stakeholders.
Capability to ensure quality deliverables and project timelines while maintaining high attention to detail.
Strong judgment, excellent English communication, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel locally and across the country.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and proactively explore solutions.
