Job Description
- Map out existing livelihood related support that exists in the focused group and facilitate dialogue with DMF trust Boards and line department for effective planning, designing and implementation of livelihood program.
- Prepare baseline in consultation with District Authorities and arrange for mid- term and final evaluation of program.
- Formulation of long-term perspective plans, medium-term plans and Annual Action plan.
- Identify challenges and suggests innovative solution in the field of livelihood and skill development
- Incorporate personal care with health promotion, prevention of illness and community development
- Include interconnecting principles of equality, access, empowerment, community self-determination and inter- sectoral collaboration.
- Ensure collaboration and partnership with other sectors to promote public health
- Prepare proposals for augmenting the health services in the district including.
- Report to the Team Leader, Planning and Monitoring Unit
- Any other duties as may be assigned by District Administration
