The Assistant Manager - Campaign Management/Partnership & Alliances will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of both online and offline campaigns aimed at driving customer engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, project management skills, and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities of Campaign Management
Campaign Planning & Execution:
Assist in the development, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns (email, digital, social media, display, etc.) across different platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution in line with marketing objectives.
Campaign Optimization:
Monitor campaign performance metrics (KPIs) and suggest optimizations for improved results.
Analyze customer insights and feedback to inform future campaigns.
Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with creative, digital, content, and analytics teams to develop campaign assets, messaging, and strategies.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align campaigns with business goals and product launches.
Budget & Resource Management:
Assist in managing campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Track spending, and report on campaign expenses, ensuring campaigns stay within budget.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare campaign performance reports, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, marketing dashboards, etc.) to measure effectiveness and suggest data-driven improvements.
Customer Segmentation & Targeting:
Help segment customer databases to tailor campaigns for different audiences based on demographics, behavior, and past engagement.
Ensure the right messaging reaches the right audience at the right time.
Campaign Documentation & Coordination:
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and other third-party partners to execute campaigns.
Maintain organized campaign files, timelines, and status reports to keep all stakeholders informed.
Key Responsibilities of Partnership & Alliances:
Partnership Development & Strategy:
Identify and build relationships with potential retail partners, brand partners, and influencers.
Support the development of a comprehensive partnership strategy, aligning with the companys growth and expansion plans. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential new partnership opportunities.
Negotiation & Deal Structuring:
Assist in negotiating partnership terms, including pricing, co-marketing agreements, and contractual obligations.
Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to ensure all partnership agreements are aligned with company policies and legal requirements.
Support the creation of compelling partnership proposals and presentations.
PartnershipManagement:
Manage the day-to-day relationships with retail partners, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics, etc.) to ensure that partnership activities are executed on time and within budget.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships, recommending improvements or adjustments as necessary.
Campaign & Event Collaboration:
Work with marketing teams to develop and implement joint promotional campaigns.
Help coordinate in-store or online events to drive traffic, sales, and customer engagement.
Measure the effectiveness of these campaigns and provide regular reports to leadership.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Track the performance and outcomes of partnerships using key metrics (sales growth, customer acquisition, ROI, etc.).
Prepare regular reports to share with senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for future partnerships.
Ensure that all partnerships contribute positively to the business bottom line.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach to partnership execution.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper accounting and reporting of partnership revenue and expenses.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or related roles.
Skills:
oStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
oProficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing tools, CRM systems, etc.).
oStrong analytical skills and experience working with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.).
oExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.
oCreative thinking with an eye for detail and design.
