through innovative and engaging learning experiences. We are seeking a talented and passionate
Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge
educational content.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and other stakeholders to design and
develop high-quality instructional content for online courses and learning modules.
2. Create interactive and engaging e-learning materials, including multimedia elements,
assessments, and simulations.
3. Utilize instructional design principles and pedagogical best practices to enhance the
effectiveness of educational content.
4. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative instructional design
methodologies to continually improve the quality of learning experiences.
5. Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning goals to inform the design process.
6. Work closely with multimedia developers, graphic designers, and other team members to
ensure the seamless integration of content into our Ed-Tech platform.
7. Design and develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of
instructional materials.
8. Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment between instructional
design and platform features.
9. Participate in quality assurance processes to review and improve existing content.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors or Master s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in instructional design within the Ed-Tech industry.
3. Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or
similar.
4. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technology platforms.
5. Strong understanding of educational theories, learning styles, and pedagogical approaches.
6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
7. Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing engaging and effective learning
materials.
8. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and meet tight deadlines.
9. Portfolio showcasing instructional design projects in the Ed-Tech domain.
