Desired Qualification: Any Basic HR Qualification course

General

• Well versed in all HR related activities.
• Manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and other workplace issues.
• Must have sound knowledge related all Industrial Relations and Labour laws.
• Organize annual employee performance reviews.
• Should maintain good relationships with all local bodies and all Government departments.

Payroll

• Payroll management
• Statutory compliance (e.g., ESI, PF, PT etc.)

Talent Acquisition

• Managing talent acquisition, recruitment, and exit formalities.

Administration

• Should handle and allotment of Contract Labour on daily basis.
• Preparation of monthly Costing reports.
• Maintain Employees Canteen as per Management policy.
• Managing and maintain of proper housekeeping & security.
• Maintain office vehicle fleet.
