Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Lead sales and market expansion efforts for SNF’s leather polymer products across India and Bangladesh, with the potential to grow into international sales if successful.
• Distribution Network: Develop and manage a robust distribution network to maximize reach and customer engagement.
• Product Promotion: Strategize and execute branding initiatives, including trade fairs, customer roadshows, and promotional activities to build SNF’s presence in the leather industry.
• New Product Development: Collaborate with R&D to develop and launch new products tailored to the leather processing industry.
• Market Penetration: Define and implement strategic actions to achieve 50% market share in India and Bangladesh.
• Demand and Capacity Planning: Work with internal teams to plan demand and capacity in alignment with projected sales growth.

Requirements

• Experience: 10-15 years in the leather chemicals or processing industry, preferably within a multinational company.
• Education: Degree in Leather Technology or a related field.
• Skills: Strong communication abilities, commercial acumen, and a strategic mindset.
