NetSuite Developer/Consultant (10-12 yrs)

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior NetSuite Developer/Consultant with over 10 years of expertise in developing, implementing, and optimizing NetSuite solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of NetSuite functionalities, a strong technical background, and a proven track record of successful project deliveries.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure seamless integration with their existing systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of NetSuite solutions to meet client requirements.

- Customize and configure NetSuite modules, including financials, CRM, inventory, and supply chain management.

- Develop and maintain SuiteScript scripts, SuiteFlow workflows, and SuiteTalk web services integrations.

- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Perform data migrations, system integrations, and end-to-end testing.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for NetSuite-related issues.

- Train and mentor junior developers and consultants on best practices and advanced NetSuite functionalities.

- Stay updated with the latest NetSuite features, functionalities, and industry trends.

- Prepare technical documentation and user manuals for implemented solutions.

- Ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met with high quality and within budget.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 10+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite development and implementation.

- Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and other NetSuite development tools.

- Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules, including financials, CRM, inventory, and supply chain management.

- Proven experience in data migration, system integration, and customization within NetSuite.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.

- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Master's degree in a relevant field.

- Experience working in various industries and understanding of industry-specific NetSuite solutions.

- Knowledge of other ERP systems and their integration with NetSuite.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
