Job Overview

As a Picker Packer at Buildout Retail Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in our logistics and fulfillment operations

You will be responsible for selecting, packing, and dispatching products from our inventory to fulfill customer orders

This is a full-time position based in Sonipat, and it is ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience.

Time Management (Mandatory skill)

Attention to Detail:Ability to focus on tasks with precision to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.

Physical Stamina:Capable of standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects for extended periods.

Organization:Efficient handling and sorting of products for seamless inventory management.

Teamwork:Ability to work well with others in a cohesive team environment for smooth operations.

Basic Math Skills:Proficiency in basic arithmetic to manage order quantities and inventory counts.

Inventory Management:Experience or ability to learn to manage stock levels and storage effectively.

Safety Procedures:Knowledge or willingness to learn and adhere to safety guidelines in a warehouse setting.

Roles And Responsibilities

Select and gather products based on customer orders from different sections of the warehouse.

Sort, pack, and label items accurately for dispatch, ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and operational efficiency.

Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor promptly.

Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks as required.

Adhere to company policies and safety standards while performing warehouse activities.

Coordinate with team members to meet daily and weekly targets for order fulfillment.

Participate in periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy in stock levels.
