Job Summary:
The Cluster Head will oversee the operations, sales, and growth strategies for a defined cluster. The role requires a strong leader to drive business performance, develop strategic plans, manage teams, and ensure operational excellence. The Cluster Head will act as a key liaison between regional teams and corporate leadership, ensuring that business goals are met while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Role & responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Development:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth across the cluster regions.
- Lead market analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute plans for increasing market share.
2. Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmaceutical business across the cluster, ensuring seamless coordination among various teams (sales, marketing, , etc.).
3. Sales & Revenue Growth:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), distributors, and suppliers etc.
4. Financial Management & Budgeting:
- Prepare and manage the clusters annual budget, ensuring financial goals and profitability targets are met.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide regular reports to senior leadership on business performance, including financial results, sales data, market insights, and team performance.
6. Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage teams across different functional areas to ensure a high level of performance and motivation.
