Grow the business by driving timely renewals and managing a healthy renewal rate across all customers and partners.
Maintain linearity in renewal business by ensuring on time renewal.
Collaborating across teams in meeting the business requirements of customers in the region.
Protect the assigned renewal base by increasing customer satisfaction
Educate customers on business practices and any associated contractual implications.
Work along with the Sales team to revoke cancelled accounts to renew licenses and to grow and optimize recurring revenue.
