As a Technical Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy, focusing on cloud,
telco cloud, and associated technologies. Your responsibilities will include managing technical sales
activities, fostering relationships with partners, and driving growth within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for Enterprise and telco cloud solutions, ensuring
alignment with company objectives.
Possess a deep understanding of Data Center infrastructure, Cloud Technologies such as RedHat
OpenShift, AWS, Azure, supporting technologies such as load balancer, Firewalls, DNS and related
offerings and effectively articulating their benefits to clients.
Nurture and expand relationships within existing accounts, understanding their business needs and
proposing tailored solutions.
Collaborate closely with partner companies to leverage synergies, drive joint sales initiatives, and
expand market reach.
Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions that meet client requirements, addressing
their business challenges.
Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, ensuring a robust pipeline and
meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, track leads, and opportunities through CRM tools for
accurate forecasting and reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, engage with customers to
understand pain points, offer technical expertise, and present compelling solutions that address
their challenges. Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients showcasing the
company s technical capabilities and services. Lead negotiations, finalize agreements, and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor s degree in B.B.A., B.Tech., Engineering in telecom, information technology, MBA, or
equivalent is a plus.
Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the cloud or telco cloud domain.
Strong technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, load balancer technologies, and related
areas.
Demonstrated success in account management and expanding existing business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies.
Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
