Job Title: Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Engineer (L3)

Job Description:
As an Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Engineer (L3), you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical leadership and expertise in managing and maintaining complex containerized applications on Azure using ARO and AKS. You will work closely with our clients, project managers, and internal teams to design and implement cutting-edge container-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage highly available and scalable Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Work with development teams to design and implement containerized applications and deploy them on ARO and AKS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ARO and AKS clusters.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of ARO and AKS clusters.
- Ensure the security and compliance of ARO and AKS environments.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate ARO and AKS clusters with other cloud and on-premises systems.
- Develop and implement best practices for ARO and AKS cluster management and operations.
- Stay updated with the latest ARO, AKS, and containerization technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in containerization and orchestration technologies, with a focus on ARO and AKS.
- Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing ARO and AKS clusters in production environments.
- Expert knowledge of containerization concepts and technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift is a plus.
- Certifications such as AZ-400, Red Hat Certified Specialist in Containers and Kubernetes, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
