The Job

Responsibilities:

- Develop & execute an affiliate marketing strategy to increase acquisition and retention.

- Recruit, onboard & manage new affiliates and strategic partners.

- Optimize commission structures to ensure profitability and partner motivation.

- Monitor & analyze affiliate performance, ensuring targets are met.

- Prevent fraud & ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Finance) to align affiliate campaigns with business goals.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the betting or iGaming industry.

- Strong network of affiliate partners and industry connections.

- Excellent negotiation & communication skills to maintain and grow relationships.

- Data-driven mindset with expertise in performance tracking & ROI optimization.

- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools.

- Ability to develop creative promotions and incentive structures to maximize engagement.

- Fluent in English and Burmese Native to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.

Nice to have:

- Experience in the Myanmar or Southeast Asian betting market.

- Familiarity with SEO & paid traffic acquisition.

- Knowledge of local influencer & social media trends.

- Understanding of blockchain/crypto payments in affiliate marketing.
