Our client is a well-established SaaS company with engineering teams in multiple locations. As a result of their business growth, they are currently hiring talented senior technology professionals to join their fast growing engineering team in Ho Chi Minh City.

The Job :

As our Engineering Lead, you will be a key player in driving the development and execution of our engineering strategy. You will lead a team of talented engineers, mentoring them, fostering their growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software.

You'll have the opportunity to :

- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.

- Contribute to architectural decisions, technology selection, and best practices.

- Guide, coach, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Work closely with product, design, and other teams to define requirements and deliver exceptional products.

- Encourage experimentation and exploration of new technologies and approaches.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have a degree in Computer Science as well as at least 7 years of experience in Software engineering within a product company.

- You are proficient in one or more of the following languages : Java, PHP, Python, or Ruby, and open to working with/learning Java as part of your role.

- You have experience with Agile development methodologies.

- You have a proactive and problem-solving mindset with a Passion for building high-quality software.

- You can communicate in English to be able to work effectively with international team members

- You are a strong team player & problem solver and demonstrate a strong interest in disrupting traditional industries through innovative technology.
