Content Lead - Beauty/Cosmetic (5-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Content Oversight : Act as the primary liaison for the video editing team, responsible for the meticulous review and approval of produced videos, ensuring alignment with brand standards and objectives.

2. Feedback Management : Provide comprehensive feedback on work generated by video editors and influencers, conducting market suitability assessments to optimize content relevance and effectiveness.

3. Leadership in Influencer Marketing : Assume leadership of the influencer marketing team, orchestrating seamless communication channels and meticulously approving scripts to drive impactful influencer campaigns.

4. Strategic Leadership : Direct both the video editing and influencer marketing departments, providing strategic direction to ensure the team's collective output achieves organizational goals and resonates with target audiences.

5. Content Strategy Development : Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive content strategies, leveraging market insights and performance analytics to drive engagement and brand growth.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and social media, ensuring content consistency and alignment with broader business objectives.

7. Continuous Improvement : Remain abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices, leveraging insights to innovate content strategies and maintain competitive advantage.

4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a demonstrated aptitude for collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.

6. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and project management software.

1. Must have handled teams of Video Editing, Graphics, Influencers and must know the current Trends on social media.

2. Mandatory requirement is Influencer Marketing Experience and must have Handled Big Budgeted Campaigns.

3. Online beauty/cosmetic first brands is mandatory.

4. Solid D2C experience.
