MIS Executive (Ginesys Software) @Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Ginesys ERP for managing retail operations, including inventory tracking, sales reporting, and purchase order management.
• Generate, analyze, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and dashboards).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, procurement, finance, and warehouse) to streamline reporting processes and operational workflows.
• Ensure timely and accurate creation of operational, financial, and performance reports to support business decisions.
• Conduct data validation and reconciliation to maintain the accuracy and integrity of reports.
• Assist in automating reports and improving reporting efficiency using advanced Excel techniques.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with Ginesys ERP, particularly in retail environments.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros.
• Strong coordination skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in report creation and data analysis to support business insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in retail operations or working in a B2B environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with additional reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
