ETP / MEE Operator

We are hiring for our water treatment plant in Vadadla , Dahej (Gujarat) as below;

Role & responsibilities

1. Collect Sample of Raw Effluent stage wise incoming, in-treatment & final sampling of all RWTP, MEE, Stripper and RO plant and sending it lab.

2. Operator should hand on experience of MEE pre-treatment, Primary treatment, and secondary treatment along with required consumable chemicals to achieve desirable parameters within limit.

3. Logging, monitoring & controlling treatment process as per SOP given.

4. Preparation Chemical batches for RWTP and MEE

5. Receipt of chemicals from respective supplier plants and raw material/chemicals/Lube oil/spare from stores.

6. Maintaining MEE plant all records like log sheets, instruction book, analysis records etc.

7. All activities shall be carried out as per SOP and ensure 100% compliance of safety system.

8.Having basic knowledge of Minor maintenance of Pumps and blowers.

9. Strict adherence to all safety requirements in the MEE.

10. Make inventory of all MEE chemicals/parts

11. Inform immediate to seniors for any abnormality or emergency observed

Preferred candidate profile

ITI/AOCP/Diploma or similar work experience with certificate course

Must have 1-3 yrs work experience of ETP/RO/MEE Operator

Must be from Dahej/ Bharuch or near by location only.

Male Candidate only

Flexible to work in all three shift
