Executive | Senior Executive - Effluent Treatment Plant

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure smooth plant operations to comply with statutory and EHS requirements
• Provide engineering work requests for closing permits for job completion
• Coordinate with effluent analysis to run the plant
• Monitor and maintain operational parameters, log sheets and RM charged as per budgeted norms
• Execute initiatives to control fixed cost and ensure process safety
• Monitor source treatment and sampling by taking the rounds of production plants in all business
• Achieve improvements in line with Swayam 5S initiatives
• Execute actions identified for improvements in ETP
• Coordinate with engineering team for maintenance job in ETP to reduce downtime
• Maintain and update ISO and EHS documents
• Adhere to department policies and SOPs (as applicable)

Preferred experience from dyes and intermediates | chemical manufacturing industry
