Tellecaller Roles and Responsibilities Making calls: Telecallers make outbound calls to B2B customers and cold calls to existing clients to generate sales. Handling customer concerns: Telecallers manage incoming calls and resolve customer issues Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to interested customers Work Time : Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6pm Salary + Incentive Language : English with Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil

Preferred candidate profile

• Must be able to speak Hindi , Telugu , Kannada , English.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or telesales, particularly in multilingual environments.
• Experience in making inbound and outbound calls, managing customer interactions, and achieving targets.
• Strong customer-focused approach, with the ability to listen actively, understand customer needs, and provide solutions.
