Lead telemarketing activities for waste management compliance packages, focusing on B2B clients across India through outbound calling and lead conversion.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday (10 AM to 7 PM) at office in Sector V, Salt Lake; Saturday work from home; Sunday off.
Conduct sales pitches and explore upselling/cross-selling opportunities while maintaining high service quality.
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.
Send timely confirmations, reminders, and updates to customers post-booking.
Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and other established KPIs.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to share customer feedback and enhance engagement strategies.
Address customer inquiries and provide comprehensive solutions while ensuring excellent service standards
Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years of experience in telesales or domestic BPO/voice process.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English mandatory; proficiency in South Indian languages or Hindi strongly preferred.
Strong communication skills with excellent pronunciation and professional phone etiquette.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.
Basic computer literacy with proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software.
Demonstrated experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management.
Strong team collaboration skills with ability to share best practices and contribute to collective goals.
