Cnc Service Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Repair CNC Machinery, conventional machines, machining centers and hand tools.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool equipment and controls
• Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software(mainly punch control systems), electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• To analyse machine tool manuals, technical documents, electrical schematic diagrams, communicate internal and vendor resources to research machine issues
• To perform daily maintenance, weekly maintenance and monthly maintenance of all machines. Educate and train operators and setters accordingly.
• Be able to clearly document all work in the maintenance management system. Maintain machineries breakdown history book and other necessary documents for all the machineries.
• Good communication with AMC Department, Suppliers and Vendors.
