Role & responsibilities

- Property owner engagement

- Assist property owner during site visits

- Assist property owner in a smooth handover of the property

- Assist property owner in understanding the do's and dint's while moving-in and while living in the property

- Assist property owner if they have any escalations by coordinating with civil, sales and accounts department

- Preparation of daily reports

Preferred candidate profile

- Right candidate shall have working experience of working in a real estate/developer in the Customer Care Department

- Excellent communication and pleasing personality

- Capable of independent communication
