Rmc Plant Manager

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing the day-to-day operation of the plant, including production, supply & inventory, maintenance and safety

- Scheduling Pour Cards, Work scheduling drivers, and plant staff

- Initiate calibration of instruments is completed before due date, with moisture check, admixture dosage during production

- Daily inventory management of raw materials, physical stock verification and updating the management

- Ensure production meets quality standards as mentioned in pour cards

- Ensure production plant is as per set standards with health/safety procedures and report any hazards

- Planning and coordinating maintenance activities and ensure plant is routinely checked for safety with no break-down

- Coordinate with other departments with the company and share daily MIS Reports to the management

- Provide training for the new employees who join the plant

- Identify, reduce any wastage and inefficiencies and report to the management for corrective action

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in working at a Ready Mix Concrete Plant as a Manager

- Good knowledge of Batching Plants and Concrete Pumps, especially with brands like Schwing Stetter, Putmizer

- Strong knowledge in AMC management/maintenance and repair of RMC Plant, Concrete Pumps, Transit Mixers, and JCB Loaders

- Age not above 40 years

- Should have own transport facility
