Supervisor Civil

Hiring for Supervisors (Civil) for strengthening our Project Team.

Site Supervision & Project Execution:

• Oversee daily construction activities to ensure they align with project plans and specifications.
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors.

Quality Control & Compliance:

• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify defects and resolve issues.
• Verify that materials and workmanship comply with project requirements.

Safety & Compliance:

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure all workers follow safety regulations.
• Conduct site safety briefings and toolbox talks.
• Report and address any safety hazards or incidents.

Coordination & Communication:

• Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for material deliveries and work schedules.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders regarding project progress.

Resource Management:

• Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
• Ensure efficient use of manpower and equipment.
• Keep records of daily work activities, progress reports, and attendance.

Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:

• Address and resolve site issues promptly.
• Suggest practical solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Handle unexpected challenges and ensure minimal disruption to work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in civil construction or site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and technical documents. Experience with quality control and project execution.
• Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
