Job Role:

Responsible for providing "expert-level" knowledge,advise on the SIEM technologies to provide resolutions to various challenges that arise.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead a Team of dedicated SIEM Support Engineers

Take Ownership to solve support tickets

Provide expert guidance to Support Team / Implementation Team / PreSales Team

Keep the team motivated to ensure they deliver the best.

Provide Knowledge Sharing to internal team by

Knowledge and Exposure into LMS and training skills would be an added advantage.(Not Mandatory)

Requirements
Required Experience & Skills :

Minimum of 1-2 Year Experience in handling SIEM Support/Implementations as L1 Engineer or L1 Support.

Minimum of 1-2 Year Experience in handling SIEM Support/Implementations as L2 Engineer or L2 Support.

Intensive Experience and Knowledge in anyone of SIEM products such as QRadar, Splunk, ELK, Alienvault, FortiSIEM, Logrhythm, RSA, Microsoft Sentinel is Mandatory.

Globally Recognized Technical Certifications in anyone of the OEM such as QRadar, Splunk, ELK, Alienvault, FortiSIEM, Logrhythm , RSA, Microsoft Sentinel is Mandatory.

Very Good in Communication skills is Mandatory.

Note:

Non focused areas of expertise shall not be considered as "Relevant Experience" [Example: NGFw, EDR etc]

Pre-Sales/Sales Certifications shall not be accepted
