SMC Global Securities is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic and growing tech team! This is a Work-from-Office (5 Days) role and a great opportunity to make a mark in the fintech industry.

What We're Looking For :

- 2-5 years of experience in product & feature building.

- Hands-on collaboration with Product Managers & teams.

- Experience in post-launch UAT & iteration processes.

- Strong understanding of interaction & visual design.

- Degree from a reputed design college (preferred, but not mandatory).

- Portfolio is mandatory for screening.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design process for new product features and enhancements, from concept to launch.

- Translate business requirements and user needs into compelling and user-friendly designs.

- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

- Work closely with product managers to define product requirements and user stories.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.

- Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

- Participate in post-launch User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance data.

- Utilize analytics to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement.

- Create visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.

- Design intuitive interactions and animations that enhance user engagement.

- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.

- Create and maintain a strong portfolio of your design work, demonstrating your skills and experience.
