- Preparing daily and long- term leads plans.
- Responsible for lead generation and deep profiling of the customer.
- Responsible for engagement with various stakeholders to support multi-channel sales and marketing programs.
- Must have knowledge of General insurance , Motor insurance and Health insurance.
- Agents Recruitment for lead generation.
- Maintaining productive working habits and discipline within the team.
- Follow-up with sales lead.
- Dealing with the potential buyer face-to-face, over the phone or e-mail queries.
- Able to discreetly handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Detailed knowledge about the product and the related paperwork.
- Must have good communication skills as well with the customers and agents.
