About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth for a leading global QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brand. The role focuses on expanding the brand's presence across West India by identifying, negotiating, and finalizing retail leasing opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail leasing and a passion for business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Leasing & Expansion:
- Identify and evaluate potential retail spaces in key locations across West India.
- Build relationships with property developers, mall operators, and real estate agents to secure prime locations.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify high-growth opportunities and analyze competition in the QSR segment.
- Evaluate site feasibility, footfall potential, and market dynamics to ensure strategic alignment with business goals.
Negotiations & Agreements:
- Lead negotiations for retail leases, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company standards.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to finalize lease agreements.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure smooth store launches.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for sustained business success.
Travel:
- Frequent travel across West India to scout locations and meet with property developers and landlords.
Key Requirements:|
- Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience in retail leasing, preferably in QSR, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Education: MBA from a recognized institution (preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully managing retail leasing deals and expanding business footprints.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate market trends and site potential.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across West India.
