Job Description
- Architecture & Design:
- Develop and implement solution architecture using Java and React, including microservices-based design.
- Architect and manage microservices while ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
- Create high-level architecture and detailed technical documentation.
- Backend Development:
- Design and maintain complex backend systems using Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
- Implement multi-threaded algorithms and manage application-wide concerns like concurrency, transaction management, and session handling.
- Optimize RESTful APIs, WebSocket, and OAuth/OpenID for seamless integration with front-end components.
- Frontend Development:
- Build and maintain dynamic, responsive user interfaces using React.js, ensuring user-friendliness and cross-browser compatibility.
- Develop reusable components and follow modular service-based architecture.
- Create optimized and clean code, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Testing & Deployment:
- Apply TDD principles to write unit tests for both backend and frontend components, ensuring code quality and functionality.
- Manage multiple environments (development, QA, production) throughout the release cycle.
- Optimize application performance across a variety of devices and web-capable browsers.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including architects and UI/UX designers, to enhance user experiences.
- Engage in client communication to gather requirements and deliver technical insights.
Required Skills:
- Backend:
- Proficiency in Java frameworks: Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, and Struts.
- Experience with REST API design, security practices, and microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud services.
- Frontend:
- Proficiency in React.js, including popular workflows (Flux, Redux) and core principles.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6/ES7), SCSS, and UI libraries (Material-UI, Bootstrap).
- Familiarity with tools like Babel, Webpack, NPM, and testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine).
- General:
- Excellent hold on English communication
- Experience with Git for version control, including branching and merging.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project estimation.
- Familiarity with both relational and NoSQL databases, and basic knowledge of GraphQL.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Typescript, Docker, Firebase, and Jenkins.
- Hands-on experience with GraphQL, JSON Web Tokens, Postman, Swagger, and React Native.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Software Engineering or a related field (BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/B.Sc).
