Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of QA engineers, oversee all aspects of quality assurance, and ensure the highest standards of software quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to define and implement quality strategies, testing processes, and automation frameworks that deliver reliable and scalable software solutions.

5+ years of experince in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior QA role.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in QA methodologies, test planning, and building automation frameworks.
Accountability: End to End testing, Test cases planning and review, Ensure no defect leakage, production issues support, help in providing RCAs
Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
Defect Tracking & Management: Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ADO and test management platforms like TestRail.
Programming Skills: Strong scripting or programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
CI/CD Knowledge: Practical experience with CI/CD tools, e.g., Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD, to integrate testing into deployment pipelines.
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail in software testing.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Good-to-Have Qualifications:

Cloud Testing: Experience with cloud testing platforms like AWS Device Farm, BrowserStack, or Sauce Labs
Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile principles, with experience participating in sprint ceremonies.
Performance Testing: Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
Certifications: ISTQB certification or similar QA/Testing certifications.
Mobile Testing: Background in mobile app testing (both manual and automated) on iOs/Android of different models and screen sizes
Database Skills: Basic SQL knowledge for backend and data validation testing.
Monitoring Tools: Experience with monitoring tools like New Relic, Splunk, or Dynatrace.
