Supply Manager - Chennai

As a Supply Manager at SmartQ, your primary goal will be to Identify and evaluate suppliers based on factors such as quality, reliability, price, and adherence to food safety standards.Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, delivery schedules, and quality specifications.Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to anticipate changes in supply availability or pricing.Exercise general responsibilities to facilitate the efficient organization of the contract, aligning with contractual terms and conditions. Additionally, focus on enhancing the overall customer experience through effective management and service delivery.

Onboarding Organized QSRs, Restaurants, Hotels, Cafes, Cloud/Dark kitchens onto SmartQ.
Visit Kitchens & audit, understand capacity, strength of partners.
Maintaining a database with compliance & execution of agreements.
Maintaining relationships.
Resolve any payment related/other issues with partners.
Channelizing client requirements to well performing partners.
Allocation of suitable partners to client requirements.
Communicate new client proposals to partners effectively with negotiation on quotes.

Skills and Qualifications :

1. People oriented and good team players.
2. Sound knowledge and experience of working with food partners.
3. Results Oriented, be accountable and hold accountable.
4. Proven experience in managing in a similar environment.
5. Excellent process and product knowledge.
6. Self-motivated, agile and ability to adapt to a changing environment
7. Overall 3+ years experience with a minimum 2 years in a similar role.
8. Graduate/Diploma in Vendor Management/BHM discipline.
