Summary :
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner specializing in Incident Management, you will serve as the primary interface between clients and systems/applications, ensuring efficient and effective issue resolution.
This role emphasizes exceptional communication skills and deep product knowledge to accurately identify client issues and design resolutions, ensuring uninterrupted system performance.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Serve as the interface between clients and systems/applications, providing timely and efficient support.
- Accurately define client issues, interpret them effectively, and design solutions based on extensive product knowledge.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain world-class system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilizing expertise in incident management and Service Integration and Management (SIAM) for seamless service.
- Stay current with advancements in infrastructure service management and cloud technologies, adopting innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
Must-Have Skills :
Professional & Technical Skills :
- Incident Management Expertise : Strong command of incident management processes, procedures, and best practices.
Good-to-Have Skills :
- Service Integration and Management (SIAM) : Knowledge of SIAM practices for integrated service management.
- Infrastructure Service Management : Experience with infrastructure service management for enhanced support.
Additional Requirements :
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure management.
- Collaborative experience with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery.
- Exceptional communication skills to accurately define issues and design effective resolutions.
Additional Information :
- Experience : Minimum of 7.
- 5 years in Incident Management.
- Educational Background : Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a proven track record in impactful solution delivery.
