IVR Tester - Java/Selenium (4-8 yrs)

IVR Tester

Experience: 4 - 6 Years Location: Chennai / Hyderabad / Pune Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities :

IVR Testing : Collaborate with QA analysts and developers to design, execute, and maintain IVR test cases.

Test Automation : Write and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Cyara and Selenium integrated with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

Regression Testing : Automate regression tests to ensure software stability after updates.

System Integration Testing : Validate the interaction between different software modules or components.

Performance Testing : Design and implement automated performance and load tests to assess application behavior under various conditions.

Bug Reporting : Identify, document, and track software defects through clear bug reports. Work with developers for resolution.

CI/CD Integration : Incorporate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline for early defect detection and quality assurance.

Critical Skills and Requirements :

Programming Proficiency : Expertise in at least one language (Java, Python, or C#).

Automation Tools : Hands-on experience with Selenium and Cyara. Familiarity with frameworks like Appium, JUnit, and TestNG is a plus.

Testing Methodologies : Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Version Control : Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.

Environment Testing : Experience with automated testing across web, mobile, APIs, and IVR systems.
