Job Description :

As a Senior IBM ODM Developer, you will design, develop, and support an ODM application, working closely with team members to ensure efficient, high-quality solutions.

This role involves managing business rules, providing support for production issues, and applying expert knowledge of IBM Operational Decision Manager to support the client's objectives.

Responsibilities :

- Design and Development : Create and develop applications efficiently within the IBM ODM environment.

- Application Support : Provide maintenance and support for existing ODM applications.

- Issue Resolution : Address ODM-related issues during production support, ensuring minimal downtime.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions effectively.

Requirements :

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.

Technical Skills :

- Extensive experience with IBM Operational Decision Manager.

- Expertise in business rule authoring, management, and ODM customization.

- Proficient in configuration and customization of decision tables, decision trees, and rule flows.

- Familiarity with rule execution servers and Decision Centers.

- Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities to analyze and manage the impact of business rule changes.

- Additional Skills : Experience with event-driven processing, system integration, and complex event handling.

- Methodology : Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Multi-Technology Adaptability : Ability to work across various technologies.

- Additional Exposure : Familiarity with BPM and DevOps tools.
