Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle database software and related tools.
- Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions to ensure data integrity.
- Develop and maintain database security policies, including user access and roles.
- Perform regular database maintenance, including patching and updates.
- Design and implement database schemas, tables, and indexes to optimize data storage and retrieval.
- Collaborate with application developers to support database requirements for new applications and enhancements.
- Create and maintain documentation related to database configuration
Required Skills :
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud services.
- Knowledge of other database systems (e.g, MySQL, SQL Server) is a plus.
- Certification in Oracle Database Administration (e.g, OCA, OCP) is preferred
