Technical Manager - AI/ML

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Lead Developer with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-driven automation for Healthcare and Enterprise AI applications. The ideal candidate will lead AI innovation, optimize AI models for clinical decision support, medical imaging, patient engagement, and enterprise process automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions with a focus on healthcare AI (clinical NLP, radiology AI, predictive analytics) and enterprise AI (automation, intelligent chatbots, document processing, and knowledge management).
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs (GPT-4, Med-PaLM, Gemini, LLaMA, Claude) for medical and enterprise applications.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance AI-driven decision-making in healthcare diagnostics, patient interaction, and enterprise knowledge management.
• Build and integrate AI-powered chatbots, virtual health assistants, and AI co-pilots to improve patient engagement and enterprise workflows.
• Utilize vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for AI-driven clinical data retrieval and enterprise document search.
• Deploy AI solutions using cloud AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Hugging Face Hub) and MLOps pipelines for scalability.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, FDA AI/ML regulations) and enterprise security policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, enterprise teams, and engineers to align AI solutions with business and medical needs.
• Stay ahead of advancements in explainable AI (XAI), AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years in AI/ML development, with expertise in GenAI, LLMs, and applied AI for Healthcare & Enterprise AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model optimization for healthcare diagnostics, medical text processing, and enterprise automation.
• Experience in healthcare NLP (de-identification, medical summarization, clinical decision support) and enterprise AI (workflow automation, document intelligence, AI-powered search & knowledge retrieval).
• Proficiency in MLOps, cloud AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure), and deploying AI models at scale.
• Understanding of multi-modal AI (text, vision, audio) for medical imaging, voice AI for telemedicine, and AI-powered enterprise solutions.
• Ability to lead AI teams, manage AI projects, and drive AI innovation for business impact.

Nice to Have

• Experience with biomedical AI (e.g., Med-PaLM, BioGPT), federated learning for healthcare data privacy, and AI for clinical trials.
• Knowledge of AI compliance frameworks (FDAs Good Machine Learning Practice, AI risk management for enterprises).
• Familiarity with AutoML and low-code AI for rapid prototyping in enterprise AI.
• Contributions to open-source healthcare AI projects or AI research publications.
