Key Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Maintain and enhance design consistency through design systems and style guides.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth design-to-development process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong knowledge of user experience principles, interaction design, and wireframing.
• Experience in creating responsive and accessible designs.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (optional).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with design system creation, Logo, and brochure designing.
• Experience with Adobe after Effects & Premier Pro (Video Editing & animations).

2. Web Designer

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
• Ensure designs align with user experience principles and business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and enhance UI/UX based on feedback and usability testing.

Front-End Development:

• Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into clean, maintainable, and scalable front-end code.
• Develop responsive and cross-browser-compatible web applications using HTML, CSS (SASS/SCSS), JavaScript, and React.js or Angular.
• Implement interactive UI components and animations for a smooth user experience.
• Optimize website performance and accessibility for better user engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for UI/UX design.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS (SASS/SCSS), JavaScript, and React.js.
• Experience with responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with Git version control and development workflows.

3. Front-End Developer

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS (SASS/SCSS), JavaScript (ES6+), and React.js/Vue.js/Angular.
• Experience with responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI).
• Knowledge of Git version control and development workflows.
• Understanding of performance optimization and best coding practices.
