Director Engineering - Microsoft Tech

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.

2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, aligning them with the company's overall strategic vision.
