Job Description:

As a Content Writer/Proofreader, you will be responsible for creating and refining a variety of content, including blog posts, articles, marketing materials, website copy, and more. You will work closely with our content team to ensure that all written materials are accurate, clear, and aligned with our brand voice and style guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Write clear, engaging, and well-researched content for different platforms and audiences.
• Develop content strategies and generate ideas that align with marketing goals and brand objectives.
• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to create authoritative and informative content.
• Proofreading & Editing:
• Review and edit content for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and style consistency.
• Ensure that all content adheres to our brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
• Provide constructive feedback to other writers and content creators to enhance the quality of the content.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, design, and other departments to ensure content aligns with overall strategy and objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to content planning and strategy discussions.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct final checks on content before publication to ensure accuracy and coherence.
• Identify and correct any inconsistencies or factual errors in content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a content writer, proofreader, or similar role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing principles.
• Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and platforms.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Travel industry content or knowledge of brand voice.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their content requirements.
• Experience with graphic design tools or basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
