Experience Minimum 2 years in recruitment
Education Qualification: MBA in HR
Responsibilities:
Source candidates using a variety of search methods like job portals, LinkedIn etc.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.
Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
Perform reference checks on need basis
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation of employment terms
Manage onboarding process for new joiners
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Note: The location of this job is Magarpatta, Hadapsar and this is a work from office profile.
