Assistant Manager Purchase & EXIM

Key Responsibilities :
Well versatile with all import/Export procedures & policies particularly for FMCG industries.
Experience in dealing with FSSAI , EIA & AQCS dept. for import / Export shipments.
Liasioning & Co-ordination with the CHA to ensure that the import/Export materials are cleared on a timely manner.
Co-ordination with the import suppliers to ensure that the materials are shipped in correctly as per the norms of the Indian Custom authorities.
Co-ordinate with the factory to ensure that the orders for imported raw materials are placed as per the norms.
Payment tracking and collection via Letters of Credit (L/C) and other financial instruments.
Contact customs officials to affect release of incoming freight and resolve customs delays.
Prepare reports of transactions to facilitate billing of shippers and foreign carriers.

Experience & Education :
Finance & accounting degree from a recognized university.
Qualified B.Com/ M.Com / PGDM in Import Export.
Preferred having working knowledge of SAP MM.
Minimum 3 years experience as Purchase
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in import & export preferably in a MNC
